Trainer for TV show The Biggest Losser, Jillian Michaels, revealed to Parade that she got a nose job when she was younger: "In eighth grade, I weighed 175 pounds and my nose was the size of a softball. Once, I was sitting at lunch and got surrounded by a bunch of kids who let me have it about how ugly I was my unibrow, the size of my nose, the fat rolling over my jeans. It was pure hell. My mom had to pull me out and put me in another school... I had my nose done... I felt much better about myself. Plastic surgery is a very personal decision."
Of course it is no secret that she puts herself entirely on her workouts and lifestyle, so her chiseled body is mostly the result of her own work, due to exercise and healthy diet, and not plastic surgery procedures. We don't see any sign of some other cosmetic surgery procedures on her, but as many celebrities she could be getting botox injections at some point of her career.
We think it is great that people who may be role models for many others admit the procedures that they have done, keeping it real, but the part were she says that plastic surgery is a personal decision is just dead-on, we would just like to add that it is one of those things that needs to be done very carefully, having realistic expectations and doing research about the procedures and plastic surgeon in advance to avoid any disappointment (or complications) after.

It was not made public which procedure it was, but Karen has not make public what she has done.
Looking at her pictures, it can be seen that she has work done, her skin looks a bit tight and her hairline looks more up than how it used to. She probably got an upper face lift, brow lift or eye lift, her cheeks also looks higher than before suggesting cheek implants. Other procedures common to give a younger look are the classic botox injections, facial fillers as Juvedernm or Restylane. There is nothing wrong about having some plastic surgery when you think that you may need it, but it is vital always to have realistic expectations and a good plastic surgeon to advice you which are the best options for you, keeping it real and not over done are probably the best things to keep in mind.
To be fair, Karen doesn't look bad but it's clear that she has undergone some type of plastic surgery. Karen's plastic surgery is undeniably better than most of the plastic surgeries we have noticed on some celebrities. She appears to be more wide-eyed now and has fuller cheeks, but not too overdone. Karen is still beautiful.
We have to take into account that most women's faces fall dramatically after 37-38, and if they get fat (which shows up in the face) in their 30s or shed pounds after children and sunbathe extensively, or drink too much, their skin is dehydrated and usually age prematurely. Then it's difficult to fix their faces because the skin's too old & inflexible.
The unfortunate thing is that Karen Mulder was arrested in Paris in July 2009 after allegedly threatening to attack her plastic surgeon.
As a result, Karen was held at a police station in the French capital following "vicious telephone calls" directed at the female medic.
Mulder was considered to have asked for a previous plastic surgery procedure to be reversed.
A detective revealed: "She was screaming and shouting about the operation and became extremely threatening.There were repeated calls to the female surgeon who was extremely scared. The suspect is being interviewed."
It has to be mentioned that the exact nature of the type of plastic surgery is reportedly unknown.
Conclusion: Despite Karen Mulder's plastic surgery was a successful one, Mulder was apparently not satisfied at all...

Looking like she’s had bad plastic surgery to make her look older, the former reality star stepped out for Zappos.com Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Marathon & 1/2 on the Las Vegas Strip Sunday.
Kate Gosselin recently insisted she hasn’t had a facelift.
“I am probably one of the rare few who de-age,” she said.
Kate Gosselin said that after having six babies at once, “you have to get better, right? You can’t get worse than that.”
Gosselin then denied claims she’s dating her bodyguard Steve Neild.
“I’m single! Still and always,” she said.
“Because in my job as a single parent to provide for eight kids, my safety is imperative to them,” she added, justifying Neild’s constant presence.
“I’m not going to give out past horror stories, but it’s warranted for sure. He keeps them safe.”

The 36-year-old mother of eight, looks nothing like she did in the first season of "Jon and Kate Plus 8," but when she showed up for the first day of her new job as a blogger for a coupon site, Gosselin looked like she was debuting a new face.
A source tells Us Weekly the former reality star is "consumed with her appearance."
And that's not hard to believe since Kate received a free tummy tuck on television in 2007, was rumored to get breast implants in 2009, tans three times a week and had what looked like botched Botox injections in June 2010.
According to a plastic surgeon who does not treat Gosselin, it appears that she might have had more than just a face lift.
"It appears Kate may have lost weight as well as having undergone a face and necklift so that her lower face and jawline appear smoother and more defined," Dr. Jennifer Walden told Hollywoodlife. "[She] possibly [had] an eyelid lift for younger appearing eyes with a little different shape, Botox to the forehead, and rhinoplasty surgery that lowered and straightened the bridge of her nose.
When Kate appeared on "The View" in July 2010, she spoke about her experiences going under the knife.
"I've had a tummy tuck we all know that," she said, but wouldn't admit to getting a boob job or Botox injections.
"Why is it so fascinating? I got a good bra!" she said. "Botox? Absolutely not. Boobs? No. Tummy tuck, yes. We all know that. I run every day. I work out, I'm healthy, I want to look as good as I possibly can."

You might remember that Kate has been subject to plastic surgery rumors before, but she always maintained there was nothing artificial about her whatsoever.
On the contrary, she credited her incredible figure and wrinkle-free face to healthy eating, taking proper care of her body and, last but not least, plenty of exercise.

“What did you have done, what is different?” Cohen asks, right after showing a photo of Kate taken days after she gave birth to sextuplets.
“Probably 40 pounds [18.1 kg], for a start. That was probably 3 days after I had sextuplets,” Kate says.

“I am probably one of the rare few who de-age,” she adds, refusing to own up to any procedure she might have had.
Kate Gosselin also describes the post-pregnancy period as “the roughest time ever,” pointing out that there was no way she couldn’t look better afterwards.
“You have to get better, right? You can’t get worse than that,” she says.
Kate, as we also informed you earlier today, is now preparing for a new reality show – a dating series, this time – and, as such, she’s doing the media rounds to promote it.
While she’s winning in that field, not even she can win them all. Earlier today, the CouponCabin CEO confirmed that they fired Kate as their blogger because she did not work well with the image of “authenticity that we set out to build almost a decade ago.”
