3 Jennifer Aniston Plastic Surgery Nose Job Before and After Botox Injection

About her plastic surgery procedure, actress Jennifer Aniston admitted that she got a rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum. She told People "I had (a deviated septum) fixed - best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years."  Many people say that it was not only a septoplasty but a full cosmetic procedure also, because of the changes in the shape of her nose.

The fact is that her nose looks very nice and natural after the procedure, it is more defined and thinner at the tip and it doesn't get the attention away of other factions of her face, which is one of the goals of a good nose job.

About breast augmentation rumors, it is not confirmed and a bit hard to say, in this pictures her breast look enhanced, but it can be the result of the dress cut, some wonder bra or adhesive tape, we give you this one to decide.

Besides this, Aniston has been the subject of more rumors saying that she may had more procedures as an upper lip augmentation and botox injections on her forehead.  She had denied any more procedures done besides the nose on.

4 Jay Z Plastic Surgery Before and After Breast Implants and nose Job

Shawn Corey Carter, better known by his artistic name Jay Z, is rumored to have some plastic surgery procedures, could it be true? But he is not the only one, his wife Beyonce is also rumored to have had a lot of plastic surgery from breast implants to rhinoplasty.
He do look different than couple of years ago, but we don't think that it is due to plastic surgery but a change on his style, hair, clothes, but his features remain the same.

Jay-Z have revealed that his nose appears to be slightly slimmer than in the past, indicating that he may have followed in his wife, Beyonce Knowles’ dancing footsteps and had an ethnic rhinoplasty sometime during the past decade. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Beyonce Knowles’ plastic surgery).

Past photos of Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, reveal a very wide nose with a very bulbous, rounded tip. Newer photos of the recently turned 40-year old show that his nose appears to have been slightly narrowed and the round tip made less pronounced. While the difference could be the angle of the camera, it could also indicate a slight ethnic rhinoplasty.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr Jennifer Walden says, “Based on pictures that are available, it appears that the ala, or nostrils, are less wide and the tip is refined. An alar base resection is usually what is performed to achieve a more narrow, less flared look of the nostrils.  The new nose gives a nicely balanced look to his face yet still retains his ethnicity.”

Plastic surgeon Dr Sherrell J Aston says, “After reviewing Jay-Z’s recent photographs it does appear that he has had a Rhinoplasty. It is especially evident when looking at his tip and nostril size. His surgeon did a good job making his nose look proportionate to his other features.”

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Jay-Z appears to have had rhinoplasty.  His nostrils appear less flared than they were. He may have had alar base reduction, which narrows the nostrils.  HIs surgeon did an excellent job, and his nose compliments his face very well.”

Board certified Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr David Shafer says, “Jay Z’s nose looks slight refined and narrower from the previous photo.  However, everyone’s nose changes with age, so it is hard to tell if he has had surgery or if it is just due to the camera angles.”

If Jay-Z has had a nose job, he would join a long history of black performers who have gone under the knife. We wishes Jay-Z the best of luck with his most recent album The Blueprint 3 and looks forward to seeing what celebrity shenanigans he gets into with Beyonce.

1 Janice Dickinson Plastic Surgery Before and After Breast Implants, Lips Implants Cheek, Neck lift, Facelift and Eyelid Surgery

Janice Dickinson has claimed in the past was that she was the "world's first supermodel" and that she coined term in 1979 during her modeling career, although that claim has been disputed. Now 55, Dickinson is known as the ruthless judge on "America's Next Top Model" during the show's first four seasons, as well as a contestant on "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here," and star of her own reality show, "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency," named after the modeling agency she opened in 2005.

As Janice Dickinson aged, she said, she began going under the knife to maintain her beautiful looks. She had her first cosmetic procedure at age 33. In a recent interview with ABC News, Dickinson described the several plastic surgeries she's had in the past decades: "Brow lift, yes, I've had my brow lifted," she said. "I was getting a little bit of a sag coming down my face, so they lifted it up. Yes, I've had collagen put in. Injections. It's for the fine lines on the face."

Self-proclaimed World First Supermodel, Janice Dickinson, still manage to surprise us (actually, not that surprised, but nevermind), now with naked pictures of herself, admitting to be obsessed with her body and not at all done with plastic surgery. She said to Cover Magazine: 'I love my body, but it's a compulsive obsession... There's no such thing as too much. Whatever it takes to make an individual feel better, I'm all for it... in my 40s I signed up for Botox and now I have it every six months... My advisers say I should get rid of the neck. You can have an incision in the back of the neck that will tighten it up... Am I considering it? Always... I'm going to be the best looking corpse on the planet!'.

She has had plenty of plastic surgery procedures, on her face there are cheek and lip implants, botox, eyelid surgery, face lift and injectable fillers. On her body it goes from neck lift and breast implants to a tummy tuck and of course liposuction.  She is not a shy woman and for what we can see, she doesn't care at all what other people may think, which is good for her, because even when manyof her fans think that she went too far with plastic surgery, she looks completely happy and satisfied with what these procedures have done for her look.

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson has always been quick to admit her passion for plastic surgery and is rumored to have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on procedures, and now it appears the reality star has gotten even more work done!

New photos of Dickinson show her looking remarkably shiny-faced and wrinkle-free, despite turning 57 last February, and RadarOnline.com has exclusive insight into her latest surgery shopping spree.

Janice Dickinson has publicly admitted that she has had tummy tuck, breast augmentation and extensive Botox treatments.  In between getting plastic surgery, going through tummy tuck recovery and breast augmentation recovery and talking about her plastic surgery, it is hard to believe that Janice also manages to find the time to work out, but she clearly works out a lot, given the stellar muscular definition she exhibited in her nude photo posting.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, "Although she clearly works out and has good definition to her body, I definitely believe Janice Dickinson has undergone liposuction to her abdominal area due to the obvious irregularities in the skin’s contour.  The rippling around her implant is visible because she does not have much breast tissue to cover and disguise the implant.  That is why for very thin women it is strongly recommended to place the implant under the muscle for the most natural looking result."

Dr. Michael Salzhauer says "There are many patients that decide to go ahead with additional cosmetic surgeries, but it is important to not overdo it.  Janice Dickinson does appear a bit overdone with her very plump lips and very large implants.  Some people want this look, but a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will often advise towards a more natural look."

Janice Dickinson has admittedly spent around $100,000 on plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures. To date, Janice has had the following procedures: Tummy tuck, breast implants, lip implants, cheek implants, neck lift, face lift, breast lift, liposuction, upper & lower eyelid surgeries, injectable fillers (such as collagen), botox and veneers.

If it can be sucked, tucked, implanted or injected, Janice has probably had it done! In Janice’s own words:

"Believe me, I’m a 900-year-old dinosaur and without 14 inches of make-up and 32 pounds of fake weave I wouldn’t look the way I do. I want to be the best-looking corpse there is…I’m honest about it; I haven’t got a problem with it. I borrow bits from everyone. Every six months I fly to Dallas to get Botox and I also get collagen injections…I’m addicted to cosmetic surgery."

4 Janet Jackson Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job and Breast Implants

Michael's sister, singer Janet Jackson is rumored to have had a breast augmentation besides a rhinoplasty.  It is hard to say because of the kind of clothes that was using in the "after" picture, they have the typical look of breast implants (excesively rounded in the upper part) but this can be achieved with special bra (or just pushing up the breast).  The nose job is rumored to have been done as early as when she had 16 years old, but it is not confirmed.

When breast implants are placed above the muscle, they show less roundness than implants above it, but even in that case, when conditions such as capsular contracture develops, scar tissue builds up around the implants, causing them to be round and hard, this condition may also be painful leading to the removal of the implants.

Decrease in body fat percentage also can lead to a less natural appearance of the implants showing more roundness because the breasts are more skin and implant.

It has to be mentioned that according to medical experts dramatic weight loss and gains create unhealthy levels of stress on the body.

Even cosmetic surgeons urge Janet Jackson to avoid further plastic surgery procedures. Her brother, Michael, didn't manage to follow such advice. As a result, he turned himself into an object of mockery.

Janet is rumored to have gone under the knife for multiple plastic surgery procedures.

A couple of things that are quite clear is that she has had breast implants, a nose job, liposuction and possibly facial surgery such as cheek implants to mention a few.

It appears that Janet has had eyelid surgery to open up her eyes more. That could be achieved using a technique called "blepharoplasty" to remove excess fat and skin above and below the eye. She has definitely a nose job or two to narrow it up and refine the tip (It has to be mentioned that the nose job is rumored to have been done as early as when she was 16 years old, but it has not been confirmed yet.) . Although Janet has always had very pronounced cheek bones, she may have  had cheek implants as well. Actually, judging by the before and after photos her cheeks look like they are hanging over on themselves, which is never a good thing!

Many plastic surgeons agree, she later got breast implants.

In her book, Janet traces her unhappiness with her body back to 1979, when she was an 11-year-old with early-developing breasts on the TV show "Good Times."

Janet Jackson revealed: "Before production began, I was told two things: I was fat and needed to slim down, and because I was beginning to develop, I needed to bind my breasts. In both cases the message was devastating—my body was wrong. The message was also clear—to be successful, I had to change the way I looked."

If you take a close look, you will notice that Janet has a giant dent in her boob.

As for liposuction, it is likely that Janet Jackson had liposuction to achieve her dramatic weight loss, perhaps combining it with dieting and exercise and using liposuction to get rid of stubborn deposits of fat that do not respond to dieting and exercise or to put tone and finishing touches on her body.

Local cosmetic doctors aren’t impressed with the changes that her nose job made, but most claim she looks good and should do nothing more, other than modest treatments such as skin care.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow of Newport Beach believes that Jackson may have benefited from modern cosmetic treatments, which have improved on earlier work that made her nose and breasts look fake. He declared:

"Janet Jackson is a great example of how plastic surgery has changed through the years. If you look at the earlier photos of her nose and breasts she has an artificial look to these areas. Now either through the natural relaxation of time or modern day revisions she looks beautiful and more natural consistent with how we do modern day procedures. The key today is to have no signs of having had surgery, which she’s looking more like now."

Plastic surgeon Dr. Val Lambros of Newport Beach stated "I think she looks great except for the nose." If she were his patient, " I’d tell her to do nothing and to stop being insecure," he told.

"Janet Jackson looks good!" quoted as saying plastic surgeon Dr. Ed Domanskis of Newport Beach. "I am sure she is understandably very cautious of having cosmetic surgery on her face because of her brother Michael’s misadventures! I would recommend a non-surgical procedure like Thermage (i.e. radiofrequency waves)  for her face and eye area to achieve some tightening in those areas."

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia of San Clemente and Orange stated "I think she’s had her eyes and nose done in addition to her breasts. Facially I’d leave her alone. Breast-wise I would need a better exam, but if her implants are silicone-gel-filled and older, an exchange would be reasonable plus or minus a lift."

5 Jennifer Grey Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job

Who are you and what you did with Jennifer Grey?

The cast of "Dancing with the Stars" Season 11 has been announced, and with that, many people turned immediately to their computers to look for the plastic surgery procedures of one of the cast members: Jennifer Grey.

After her role on Dirty Dancing (1987), actress Jennifer Grey had a nose job (rhinoplasty) to remove the bump from her nose. For many, this change on her image, cost her nothing less than her career.

It is true that her bridge was a bit long and used to have a hump very obvious, but it was such a part of her that many people fail to recognize her after the procedure.  Looking at her pictures now, we can see that at the end it was a good plastic surgery as the nose looks natural, but she looks like somebody else indeed. The change on Jennifer's hair style also makes a big difference on the pictures giving a different frame to her face, on texture and volume.

Something that many of her fans don't know is that she needed a second surgery to correct the first one, since they needed to repair the damage on her nose. About her experience she says on contactmusic.com:  "I went in the operating theatre a celebrity - and come out anonymous. It was like being in a witness protection program or being invisible... I remember going to a restaurant where I had been going for years. I ran into people I knew and would say, 'Hey.' Nothing. "I'll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognises... because of a nose job."

She commented in an interview for Channel 5 (UK) that having plastic surgery on her nose was the worst mistake she had ever made. Grey felt this way because she was no longer recognizable as the girl from the film Dirty Dancing (1987), just somebody who looked a bit like her.  Some other stars have received the same comments after having plastic surgery calling it sometimes the "Jennifer Grey" syndrome, celebrities such as Ashlee Simpson and Ashley Tisdale.

Do you remember Jennifer Grey, one of the actresses of ‘80s movies? She is best known for playing Frances "Baby" Houseman in the hit film Dirty Dancing and Jeanie Bueller in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. In the early ‘90s she underwent the Rhinoplasty (nose plastic surgery), when her life suddenly came into the limelight and under media scrutiny.

She decided to do so, to maintain the Hollywood standards of beauty. The first surgery was so mishandled, that she required an additional or second surgery of her nose. The result of this was her face was so changed that even her close friend did not recognize her.
She looks better and her nose looks beautiful but, this affected her career badly, nobody wanted the new Jennifer Grey. Jennifer herself has publicly commented that her nose job was her worst mistake as an actress.
